  • PAA Distinguished Students of the Year Scholarship Honors

    • The PAA Scholarship was first awarded in 1995 to aid students in pursuing their education. The PAA scholarship is awarded to students of Pilipino descent who have committed themselves to academic success, community service and involvement,  leadership, self-expression through various mediums, and/or financial need.

      • Distinguished Senior of the Year

        • Awarded to a senior that embodies and fulfills the criteria of the Scholarship

      • Distinguished Junior of the Year

        • Awarded to a junior that embodies and fulfills the criteria of the Scholarship

      • Distinguished Sophomore of the Year

        • Awarded to a sophomore that embodies and fulfills the criteria of the Scholarship

  • Pilipinos in Community Service (PICS) Scholarship honor

    • The Pilipinos in Community Service (PICS) Scholarship was started in 1998 by a group of PAA alumni who had been involved in community service as undergraduate students.  The PICS scholarship commends Pilipino students’ dedication to community service, and encourages continued involvement and education through service learning.   • Raul & Ethelinda Solidum Law and Public Policy Scholarship Honor

    • Sponsored by Michael Solidum, this scholarship is given to juniors and seniors who have demonstrated an interest in pursuing a career in Law and/or Public Policy, and have met eligibility criteria.

  • Rufintia Atil Juarigue Law Scholarship Honor

    • Sponsored by Michael Juarigue, this scholarship is given to juniors and seniors who have demonstrated an interest in pursuing a career in Law, and have met eligibility criteria.

  • Raul & Alicia Reyes Business Scholarship Honor

    • Sponsored by Russell Reyes, this scholarship is given to juniors and seniors who have demonstrated an interest in pursuing a career in Business, and have met eligibility criteria.

  • Gaspar Engineering Scholarship Honor

    • Sponsored by Robert Gaspar, this scholarship is given to juniors and seniors who are members of the Pilipinos in Engineering (PIE), have an interest in pursuing a career in Engineering, and have met eligibility criteria.

  • Endowments

    • PAA of UCLA is committed to establishing a scholarship endowment to ensure the continuance of scholarships for UCLA students.  As a future goal, PAA of UCLA also want to create an endowment for Pilipino Studies so that UCLA students can study Pilipino culture, face Pilipino issues, learn Pilipino history, and build a career on Pilipino Studies.  These endowments will permanently link the Pilipino Community with UCLA.
